The Evil Blue Thing is a compact mixture of cocoa liqueur, orange curacao, and light rum. Most of its sweetness comes from the two liqueurs, with the rum providing contrast. Stirring over ice chills and slightly dilutes the dense mixture, producing an even texture and a blue-toned appearance.
