Rum combines with two frozen juice concentrates and a large measure of ginger ale in this bowl-sized recipe. The concentrates are thawed but not separately diluted, allowing the ginger ale to supply the main mixing liquid. Add ice and soda near serving time. The batch makes about three litres before ice.
