Instructions

1. 1Step 1: Wash the oranges.
2. 2Step 2: Pare off the colored peel without the white pith.
3. 3Step 3: Combine the peel with 47 cl of the vodka in a clean sealable jar.
4. 4Step 4: Seal and infuse for two days in a cool, dark place.
5. 5Step 5: Strain out the peel.
6. 6Step 6: Add the remaining vodka and superfine sugar.
7. 7Step 7: Stir until the sugar dissolves.
8. 8Step 8: Seal and rest for one month.
9. 9Step 9: Transfer to clean bottles.
