A full can of pineapple juice anchors this large punch, with frozen orange concentrate adding intensity rather than extra water. Champagne and club soda lighten the fruit mixture when added just before serving. Lemon slices and berries float through the bowl. The batch makes about three litres before the fruit and ice.
