Vodka, Kahlua and Baileys are blended with vanilla ice cream and an Oreo cookie for a dense dessert-style shake. The cookie brings fine chocolate crumbs, while the ice cream provides both sweetness and body. No additional ice is needed for this version, which keeps the texture creamy rather than icy.
