Amaretto Tea combines freshly brewed tea with almond liqueur rather than coffee or chocolate. The contrast between hot tea and cool whipped cream is part of the serve. Use a heatproof cup or glass: an ordinary decorative glass is not made safe for hot liquid by placing a spoon in it.
