Amaretto Sour.
Amaretto: Missing
Sour mix: Missing
This two-ingredient version pairs amaretto with a larger measure of sour mix. The mixer contributes both sugar and citrus acidity, giving the liqueur a lighter, longer presentation over ice. A short shake blends the sweet and sour components and adds a little aeration without introducing egg white or extra spirits.
